Q: What is your position at Top Tier Hospitality?
A: Tatyana Guzeva is the Director of Events & Marketing.
Q: What is the history of Top Tier Hospitality?
A: Top Tier Hospitality was established in 1995 as a full service hospitality agency. Top Tier Hospitality’s 3 NYC locations including Highland Park, Taj and Katra lounge, all provide an array of options offering elegance, experience , and sophistication to any event.
Q: What services does Top Tier Hospitality provide?
A: We are a one-stop shopping source for events of all types and sizes. We offer access to an experience team of event planning professionals ready to assist with every detail of your event ranging from weddings, Bar-Bat Mitzvahs and Corporate mixers.
Q: What was your inspiration for working at Top Tier Hospitality?
A: I really love working in the hospitality industry! I love having a conversation with a client about an event he/she wants to have and then seeing it happen a couple of weeks later. It’s a very rewarding feeling to see your work come together and I love that with each event, my job is new, fresh and exciting.
Q: What is the biggest challenge for Top Tier Hospitality?
A: Every event is different, so there is really no one answer to that question. The challenges change depending on the event and the client’s needs. But making sure everything is running cohesively and the client and your staff are happy is always important.
Q: How does Top Tier Hospitality promote its services?
A: We use a lot of social media from Facebook to Twitter. But word of mouth is still a huge part of the way we promote ourselves. Our clients are always referring more people our way. We take pride in what we do and that shows with the amount of the referrals and returns that we receive.
Q: What makes Top Tier Hospitality stand apart from others in the same industry?
A: I think what makes Top Tier Hospitality so unique is that you can customize every aspect of your event to fit what you’re looking for. From the venue to the setup, the food, the music—we are able to create the perfect event for each client.
Q: Where do you see Top Tier Hospitality in the next few years?
A: Top Tier hospitality’s roster of venues is rapidly growing. That’s all I can disclose at this moment, so you’ll just have to come visit us to find out!
Q: Do you have any existing relationships with other Dezer tenants?
A: Lesly Zamor, the owner of Seed Design and a fellow Dezer Tenant, designed the layout of Taj Lounge.
