Mint is an on demand rental car company whose members have 24/7 access to vehicles that can be rented for as little as an hour or as long as several days. Rental rates start at just $5/hour, Monday through Thursday, 8am-5pm, which includes gas and insurance. Weekend rates start at a very cost effective $11/hour. Vehicles are located throughout Manhattan and include but aren't limited to Mercedes C300, Smart Cars, Honda Accord and FIT, Nissan Sentra and the Toyota Tacoma.

HISTORY:
Mint was founded in 2008 by one of the leading parking operators in New York. With parking spaces decreasing each year and the cost of owning a car increasing, he saw a synergy between parking and cars on-demand. His vision of providing an affordable and reliable alternative to car ownership and a system to complement mass-transit led him to launching Mint.
