As part of the Construction Management Team, SiteWorks’ services begin with the design phase and construction documentation, and continue into construction and post-construction evaluation. Both Annette Wilkus, Principal, and Andrew Caddock, Chief Landscape Architect, are registered Landscape Architects and LEED Accredited Professionals. Sustainable and maintainable designs are imperative to our professional integrity.

HISTORY:
SiteWorks LLC is a woman owned and operated Construction Management & Landscape Architecture firm founded in 2005. We are WBE certified by New York City and New York State. Ms. Wilkus has over 27 years of experience in design, construction documentation and construction management. Projects the office has worked on include parks such as Teardrop Park in Battery Park City and The High Line in Manhattan (as member of the Construction Management teams) historic preservation/restoration such as Edna St. Vincent Millay’s home-Steepletop in Austerlitz, New York and river walkways along Lake Michigan and the Mississippi River. Prior to starting SiteWorks, Wilkus was employed by New York City landscape architecture firms as quality control for design and construction documentation.
